On Friday, February 7, 2025, HELP USA hosted its annual Art of Resilience Benefit, bringing together art, philanthropy, and purpose at the historic National Arts Club in Gramercy Park, NYC. This inspiring evening highlighted the healing power of creative expression, featuring artwork created by individuals participating in art therapy programs while living in HELP’s NYC shelters and supportive housing. Guests had the opportunity to explore the moving gallery of participant artwork and engage in a hands-on art experience led by renowned visual artist and 2025 Artist Host, Shantell Martin.

A special highlight of the evening came during remarks when Gale Sitomer, President of Michael Bolton Charities, announced that her organization had made a foundational grant to HELP USA to expand the Art of Resilience program to include music therapy. This exciting addition will offer even more creative tools for healing and self-expression to those in need. (Read more.)
