This Memorial Day, HELP USA is celebrating the many brave veterans that we serve. We’d also like to take this opportunity to update our community on one of our most exciting upcoming projects that will serve veterans.

HELP USA is transforming a portion of the iconic former Walter Reed Medical Center into 77 apartments for formerly homeless veterans. The development will include community rooms, a library, a fitness center, and more. Construction is well underway, and the development will open this fall.

These apartments will be located in the heart of a brand new mixed-use development just outside of Washington, D.C. The result will be a thriving community of veterans living on ground that has served so many veterans before them. HELP USA is proud to help our nation’s veterans while keeping alive 100 years of Walter Reed’s service to the military.
