We celebrated the 19th Annual VVA/Drees & Sommer Toy Drive Benefit on November 6, 2025, with a sold-out crowd at The Lighthouse! Together with our partners at VVA/Drees & Sommer and our generous sponsors, guests from across the commercial real estate and development industries came together to make the holidays brighter for families in HELP USA’s shelters and supportive housing.
The evening raised critical funds to support HELP USA programs for children and families experiencing homelessness and collected hundreds of toys for those in our care.
