The Philadelphia Inquirer Highlights HELP USA’s New Development in North Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Inquirer featured HELP USA’s redevelopment of an abandoned school building in North Philadelphia.

The building, once a graffiti-covered source of blight, now contains 37 apartments for formerly homeless veterans and low-income individuals over the age of 55. On the first floor, Public Health Management Corp, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit, will offer supportive services to residents.
