Janet Woods

Janet Woods is President of Savills North America, where she oversees all revenue-producing functions across the region and partners closely with the CEO and executive leadership to shape and execute the firm’s strategic vision. A key member of the Savills Executive Board and executive sponsor to several internal initiatives, Janet is known for driving performance while cultivating a culture of collaboration and inclusion across offices and business lines.
With more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Janet has held leadership roles at some of the industry’s most respected firms. Prior to becoming President, she served as President of Savills East Region, where she led operations across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Central markets. Her career also includes senior positions at Stan Johnson Company—where she led East Coast expansion efforts—as well as executive roles at Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, and The Staubach Company. Her broad transactional experience includes investment sales and advisory work for municipalities, nonprofits, and education institutions.
Throughout her career, Janet has been a trusted leader and a catalyst for growth, known for building high-performing teams and advancing organizational priorities with integrity and insight. She joined Savills in 2019 and continues to be a driving force in the firm’s evolution and impact.
